Gisset Renteria is a commercial real estate professional, makeup artist, mother of two and blogger who is breaking boundaries by not settling for the status quo.  She has spent over 15 years building her career in corporate real estate all while continuing to pursue makeup projects as her side hustle.  The experience of pursuing opportunities in two different industries has allowed her to learn from some of the smartest corporate executives and talented makeup artists.  Gisset never hesitates to share what she has learned from both industries with others.

She is as passionate about real estate as she is about beauty and is now on a mission to inspire working Mamas to find their true passions while navigating all the demands in life, work and motherhood. 

WORKING MAMACITAS was born from Gisset’s daily struggles of being a working Mama and how she’s learned to navigate this chaotic and rewarding stage.  It is a community on a mission to support, inspire and recognize the talents and efforts of all Mamacitas while providing inspiration for all things beauty, fashion, lifestyle and career.

Our story goes beyond motherhood and working professionals, it is a life worthy of everyday praise and recognition. Otherworldly, to say the least.  Just our super human ability to smell a dirty diaper from a mile away deserves major kudos.  This life doesn’t come with a manual, it’s not something we can prepare for, it is a life learned daily.  There are many stories to be heard and I hope we can all be inspired by them.  We can’t wait to share more.  

Our daily mantra is, “Balance in motherhood is non-existent.  You focus on the most important daily and leave open time slots for the unpredictable.”
